The Chargers needed to come up with a big win at the right time to move up in the race for one of the AFC wild card slots. On Sunday, that’s exactly what they did.
Philip Rivers threw four touchdowns. Ryan Matthews ran for one more. Keenan Allen had 11 receptions for 121 yards. Most importantly, the Chargers finished the game well. The go-ahead touchdown was scored in the final minute of the game over the Ravens’ defense that had caused two turnovers.
